What kind of services do you offer? Do you do installation work and sell products? |

We specialize in full service programming for mid to high-end universal controllers and control systems. We also sell many different types of products, from cables to speakers to home theater equipment. In addition, we offer many specialized services from mounting a TV, lighting systems, Home Theater, automation, and decorating. Give us a call or email to discuss your project! |

How much does programming cost? How does it work? Can I get an estimate? |

Programming is based on several factors ranging the complexity and size of the system, type of control system, special needs and any other time-related factors. All you need to do is click on the ‘contact us’ link, go to the “downloads” section, download and fill out the “client configuration sheet”. Email it back to us and we will send you an estimate with no hidden costs. |

What remotes do you program? Are there certain products you recommend? How about AMX and CRESTRON? |
| A. |
A complete list of remote lines, companies we deal with and recommend can be found on the “Products and Business Partners” link. While we would like to support AMX and Crestron, it would prove to be too labor-intensive and compromise our ability to provide the same quality service to our customers. We are currently training in AMX and are always adding new lines, so anything is possible! |

Don’t big name electronic stores program remotes and offer similar products and services? What should I consider? |
| A. |
We would not be in business if we felt we didn’t offer a better product. Often the experience with big name stores has been negative. Installers rarely have time or specialize in the remote control companies they use. They recommend products that are easy for them to program, but difficult for you to control. Even if they are good at what they do, the programming is the last step before they get paid, so don’t expect a thorough job. You often do not get personalized service, especially if you have questions after they leave. We believe that programming is a time consuming process with many details and should be done with focus, utilizing the proper resources. By the way, we will gladly take over and support any programming job that was done by an installation company that went out of business or didn’t do the job you deserve! |

Where is your business based? How far will you travel? |
| A. |
Our business is based in Monroe, N.J., but we travel anywhere outside of our 50 mile zone as long as it’s feasible for the client. However, a good deal of our business is done remotely. That means the customer in San Diego, California can have his remote programmed. We are always mailing out configuration files while adhering to the policies of all remote and equipment manufacturers. |

Our configurations are simple to use and custom tailored for your unique situation. No matter what the age or knowledge level you will find our designs easy to use and enjoyable! |

I need a remote programmed but I live on the other side of the country – how can you help me? |
| A. |
Our customers are worldwide and geographical location does not usually present a problem. We can simply mail your finished product to you. Simply take the remote out of the packaging and it’s ready for use! If you already have a remote we can send you your configuration file with simple instructions on how to sync it using your PC. Keep in mind that we adhere to all our remote company policy and regulations. |
